It is a program designed for children between 2-8 years of age in vulnerable conditions, which, during the 5 days of the week, attend our main office to consume healthy food with a menu designed by a professional in nutrition, taking into account the age, weight and height of the enrolled users. In this program we perform a preventive nutritional diagnosis to know the status of each beneficiary at the beginning, during and at the end of the program, in order to provide each representative with the relevant information or recommendation, all in favor of maintaining a balanced diet inside and outside their homes.
Psychosocial support will be provided to children who require it, oriented to parenting guidelines, rules and limits, individual support in terms of physical and emotional processes in case they are requested by parents or legal representatives; a monthly support of parenting school will be carried out addressing topics related to parenting and a recreational activity will be carried out in order to promote creativity and recreation of children enrolled in the program.
A diagnosis will be made in weight and height of each of the children by the nutrition professional to take reference data at the beginning of the program, during and at the end of it, with the aim of carrying a chronological structure, evaluative process of your child (a) nutritional level, in case the diagnosis is found in an unsatisfactory result ie, If the child shows any signs of malnutrition, the professional will provide support by making the appropriate recommendations, such as providing information on healthy eating, adjusting the menu within the "nutritious dinner" program, offering advice on the preparation of food at home, all this so that the child has a healthy diet inside and outside the foundation.
Your child will receive a nutritious dinner which will be designed by a professional in nutrition, who will be in charge of the quality of the products and implements to be used in the kitchen, thus ensuring good nutrition for each of the children during the dinners. We also have a person in charge of food handling who is qualified and has the necessary certifications to perform this type of work.
